I am really glad I bought these. My shoes have been killing my feet and now thanks to these arch support insoles  I can walk alot better. I have had alot of major backpain for about 2 weeks now. My doctor said it could be my shoes so since I couldn't afford a new pair of shoes I figured some cushion may help. I ran across these insoles and thought for the price I will give them a try and now for about a week the back pain has slowly eased off.
