The collar is made of rubber and it is waterproof. It has a silver-ish grey reflective strips throughout the collar. It has a buckle clip closure. I purchased a medium for my shitzu but it is a little big. I like the reflective strip because people can see us walking in the street at night. I purchased the green color and it is a bright fluorescent green. I think it was priced reasonably. #rankboosterreview #sponsored #Nuheby
