This product is great! I've been using it for 2 weeks and have lost a total of 6 pounds. I workout/run 5 times a week and I'm definitely sweating up a storm while working out. It doesn't upset my stomach and doesn't give me the jitters like other weight loss products. I take it first thing in the morning in an empty stomach, wait an hour to eat and go on with my day. I most definitely reccomend.
