Excellent seller

My multi-function digital pen/pencil holder arrived damaged so I am unable to adequately review it. Instead, I am giving the seller four stars. The item was securely packaged with padding both inside and outside of the box. It was shipped to me directly from China and must have gotten damaged somewhere in between. I really like this item so I might attempt to fix it. I contacted the seller and received an apology and an immediate refund. I would definitely buy from this seller again because they did not hesitate to make things right.
