Love the way this looks so cute over my swimsuit. Fits me just right and looks great while lounging around at the pool or beach when I want to be covered up a little more but still look good. The material is not itchy at all , thought I might have a problem with that but came through for me with no problem.The sleeves make it look really cute , it sits off the shoulders but does have sleeves.
