I have several 2.0 car chargers for my cars   I have an android phone and these work fine. It 3.0 definitely charging faster than the normal car charger. What i like the most is it has a protective mechanism that I will not worry about overcharging that will damage my phone. Price is much cheaper than my other ones. Great charger
