I have fibro and hurt all the time.  It is so hard to carry a huge vibrated everywhere you go.  This one is a great size that you can carry in your purse.  It has many setting and different levels on intensity.  It is made from soft silicon like material that is waterproof and easy to clean.  It work so good on my neck and shoulders.  I have even used on my sinuses and temples for headache.  I give it 5 stars !!
