This thing is HUGE! It folds down to about an inch thick when it's emply, but you can put tons of papers in it! I am using mine because I organize a craft fair each year at our local Balloon Fest and I have a place for each crafter's information. There is plenty of room for their information, wrist bands, parking passes etc in each compartment. And, when it's over, I can empty it and store it until I need it again because it takes up so little space. Each compartment is a different bright color with a tab on top. NICE
