This portable personal neck fan is awesome! It hangs around my neck and I can adjust the fans to blow up in my face or down on my neck. It has a lot of air for a rechargeable fan! I love that it is rechargeable and I don't have to always worry about replacing batteries when I am too hot! I just plug this in at night and during the day it is ready to help me stay cool. The heads of the fan are also moveable so I can change the way they face for my comfort. I use this fan when I am outside working in the heat or at the gym where there is never enough air to keep me cool. It is durable and sturdy made, so I don't have to worry about it just falling apart on my neck! It is also surprisingly quiet! I love this fan!
