I was actually nervous about using this because I have a little bit of pstular psoriasis on my heel. I went ahead and soaked my feet for about ten minutes in warm water and then cut the package open. The ingredients are already in the "socks". I slipped the "socks" on my feet and then put regular socks over them. It says to wear them for 60 -90 minutes. I wore mine for about 90 minutes because of my psoriasis. I took them off and immediately rinsed my feet in the tub. It's only been three days but I'm starting to see a little bit of peeling on the bottom of my feet. It says that it will take 4 - 5 days to fully work and really start peeling. Also, I didn't have any pain or problem with the area effected with the psoriasis.
