I received my YOUYI Personal Massager 4 days ago from an Amazon Seller. The packaging was extremely discreet. This unit is well designed. The plastic molding is very soft and smooth. It requires 3 AAA batteries which are not included in the box. The box contains the massager and a User Manual with a Certification of quality. I have not tested if the unit is waterproof. Works fine on dry land. It was manufactured in Shenzhen City. Since this unit is for personal use I would advise to keep it clean and not to share it with anyone to prevent the spread of diseases.
