If you’re anything bigger than a A or possibly a B cup...please save your money. They are one size fits all. I am a D and they can barely lift my breast an inch and not in an attractive shape. After about 30 seconds the top starts peeling off. These are terrible. They are made for people who don’t need bras to begin with. Us larger chested ladies need to look elsewhere.
