I have a Mugig microphone because I want to start podcasting for fun. I want to sound as professional as I can, so I decided to get this because I do sound winded (heavy breathing) and want to prolong the life of my mic. It was very easy to attach to the mic and I really heard a difference it cut down a lot of extra breathing noise made it sound more robust and not as hollow. No more wiping the mic because it gets damp from me talking into it. I love this who knew suck a small item could make such a big difference. If you have a mic you really need to look into getting one of these or something like it, you will be very happy with the results.
