Was very impressed with these! Not only did they come with the extra goodies (ebook is downloadable via the provided link) but they actually work extremely well. I used to use the regular elastic style bands but these are not only more comfortable but they provide a more secure and more complete workout feel. Highly recommend for anyone using bands or doing resistance style training!
