These outlet covers have built-in LED night lights that illuminate the floor in the dark. They install simply: just remove your old outlet cover and replace it with these new covers, making sure that the outlet electrical connectors touch the screw connectors on each side of the electrical outlet itself. The connectors on the covers, due to their springiness, will naturally touch the power screws.
