My Personal Experience:

I, like so many others, have had a vast variety of cellphones, tablets, iPods, etc. What do all of these have in common? They all need to be charged. I live in a small apartment so it's not efficient for me to have all of my devices charging in 1 place due to all of the cords I have to maneuver around. I had to charge my devices every night on my nightstand, which became a huge ordeal. By the time I had plugged everything into either the power strip or my desktop USB charging hub I never had any room for anything else. It was a hassle to have a million cords all over the place. With all of that being said, the absolute 1 thing that I have had the most issue with on eletronics especially cellphones is the CHARGING PORTS! I am constantly plugging and unplugging my phone (especially), which tends to wear down the charging port. So with an external wireless charger all I need to do is place the phone or compatible device on the charging pad and it begins to charge. NOW you will have to have QR wireless charging built into the device you wish to charge or it will not work (you can google your device to see if you have this feature). If your device doesn't have this feature, which mine does not, you can purchase a QR wireless charging adapter, they are not that expensive at all. Don't worry it simply plugs into your device via the charging port and sits inside the back against the battery. SUPER EASY. There are a few drawbacks with ANY wireless charging pad. Once you place the device on the pad you can't use it while it charges. Also your device won't charge if it is inside a case, especially a thick one like an otterbox or hybrid (dual layered) case. But when you think about the ease of charging your device mixed with keeping your table clean and organized, the drawbacks fade away.
