I bought this pacifier with a built in baby oral thermometer by #Erholi for my 3 month old grandson. It's a much easier way to take a babys temperature over putting one under baby's arm or taking it rectally. What I especially like is how accurate it is. At $13.25 it is on par with a digital rectal thermometer that's a lot more difficult to take ( not to mention very uncomfortable for baby). I highly recommend it.
