Does Not Suds - Not A Very Good Product - Turns to Slime After Applying Water

I ordered several of these so that I could ensure everyone in my household had portable soap to take with them and these seemed like the absolute perfect product. It took a VERY long time to receive them. After we did receive them, I tried it out and it simply does not even make any suds. It just gels up and I do not see how this could possibly get your hands clean. It's like handling slime after it gets wet, it will not dissolve. I was extremely disappointed with the purchase and I will never ever order these again. One of the worst products I've ordered for quite some time. This product has major, major room for impovements.
