My brother claims that you have to remind yourself that, "beauty is pain," when using these. Did it give him the heigh he needed? Yes. Did it come at a cost of PAIN and SUFFERING? Absolutely! Could a better design be used to ease that? Absolutely! We don't understand why the cushion ended right where the insole insert meets the arch. Wouldn't that help with the extreme slope that the insert creates?
My review is for the sole vanity and not for its medical usage so understand that it's not necessary but purely vapidness.
