I buy these all the time because I truly Love them !!  I put one on each foot right before I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning I peel each one off and it pretty icky, lol !  But I have a lot more energy and its pretty amazing how this works !  I definitely recommend them especially if your energy levels are low. !
