Good arch support

These are easy to cut to size and place in shoes. They have no smell. The reason rest was how comfortable they would be. They are thinner compared to gel inserts, however they do a pretty good job of providing noticeable arch support. They are as comfortable as a decent pair of running shoes. I couldn't tell the difference between these and a pair of shoes that already had good arch support. They don't cause your feet to sweat or crowd your toes. These work exactly as advertised.
