Problem solved, my 9 Yr old officially can help prep food :-)

I always feel horrible telling my youngest (she is 9) she can't help, because of the risk of cutting herself accidently ! Ironic as this is, I've been slicing and peeling potatoes as long as I can remember . . . Even so, she is my baby. The salad cutter bowl,  is ingenious and i found the courage to invite her in the kitchen to help me.  She was so excited,  and honestly the meal was done in the same amount of time. The modem moms guide for my eager  helper. Officially on her way to n becoming a "little lady" in the making.  Thanks!
