This safety protect neck and shoulder pillow is great. I just love the feel of this pillow. It's very soft to the touch. The pillow is made out of a Micro-suede fabric. The filling is made with cotton. Easy to clean just take the pillow out and throw in the wash. I would suggest you use a delicates laundry bag. This pillow if perfect for children but I actually got it for myself. I have a hard time with seat belts. They hurt my neck and shoulder. I don't put the shoulder strap on my shoulder, I always just pull it across my belly. I have Fibromyalgia and the seat belt hurts. I now can stand the shoulder strap on me. I'm happy with this purchase. You will not go wrong with the purchase of this Pillow. Plus I never noticed until I got it that It matches my car seat covers. I received this Pillow at a discount for my honest and unbiased review.
