This filter makes your skin so soft and if you have dyed hair makes the dye last long as it takes all of the chemicals out of the water. Tried this with different shower heads feels same. make sure you rinse the filter off before using it. It's normal for it to be gray water at first-time if you don't rinse it off. Nice that you get an extra filter with it. Filters are not that much to replace
