I honestly didn't give this device much creedance and thought it was actually just another gimmick. That said this back stretcher by #Wskderliner really and truly works. I laid on it for 15 minutes and I actually felt it working on stretching out my lumbar and making it feel oh so great. I honestly didn't want to get back up. I've also tried it on my office chair. It works though to be honest nowhere near as effective as on the bed. I have yet to try this on the floor as I have a very hard time getting up from that position on the floor. At $12.59 I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for some back pain relief instantly. This really and truly does work.
