I cant use a regular snorkel because of having a small face, the water tends to leak in.
( Water goes straight thru my nose... & I choke.
Have had No problems with this full face mask.!
The only catch is when you 1st start to use it --- Breath slowly.
Usually people take a deep breath before they dive down while snorkeling- - -
--- again--- you need to take a Slow deep breath, other wise the air valve will close & you will not be able to breathe... it is made that way.
