This is a miniature, fully-functioning shopping cart. The wheels actually turn, and the top "seat" area really folds up! It's the perfect size for my children to use with their Barbies, and they've had a lot of fun with it. One drawback is that one of the wheels was soldered on crooked, so I did have to (gently) bend it some. I was not able to get it fully aligned, so the cart does wobble. My kids don't seem to mind, though.
