My daughter loves to help me in the kitchen and because I homeschool her, I like to incorporate learning life skills such as cooking into our daily routine. I have a large rolling pin but it is too big and heavy for her to use. I bought these kid-sized rolling pins for her to use when we are baking. She loves them because they look exactly like the one I use but just on a smaller scale.
The roller is silicone and the handles are wooden. Since I have a rolling pin similar to this, I already know that these should never be submerged in water. They should be washed with soap and water, rinsed and then thoroughly dried before being stored away. I love the silicone rollers because nothing sticks to it. These are really easy for her to handle and she loves having her very own kitchen tools to use.
