This item completey surprised me... I have dealt with lower back pain for a years, and although I have worn bacl.braces and wrap i tried everything..it was either too bulky to wear under clothes and look feminine or it would push my belly fat up and out or give me a muffin top and muffin bottom..lol. those were so uncomfortable I can' wear them longer than an hour... but this item is none of that...
