I bought this for my son who has braces, as an upgrade to what  had bought him before. The last one had a very small water reserviour and he would complain about how it is not enough and a lot of work to use.  So i got him this item, with a bigger water container, better and more control on the water pressure and choices on the tools or tips to use. So far, he has been satisfied with this.
