Durable

I love this plate as it is made of stainless steel but is still lightweight. I can use it on an open flame and it is also easy to clean. Thanks to its flat design, it doesn't take up much space.Whereas aluminum plates are even lighter, they do not come even close to the durability of a stainless steel dish. Also, aluminum reacts to acids and may be harmful to health. That's way I only accept stainless steel. Further, this plate is highly polished and thus has a very smooth surface which I especially appreciate when I have to clean up my plate. To sum it up: this dish plate is excellent!
