This is great heated travel neck pillow. Good for adults and kids as heat is minimal to ensure skin is not burned. It takes long to charge but after charge it's take long to drain battery before another charge. Certainly you can't wash it as it's heated pillow. Only thing is price is on higher end compared to you buy from local stores. Else all is good.
