This is a set of two natural salt blocks. They are heavy! These are extremely nice. I have to be honest and say that I do not know all the uses for them. I have the Himalayan Salt Lamps, but these looked so nice and I had heard alot of good things about Himalayan Salt, so I decided to try them. I am very pleased with them. They were packaged nicely and delivered very quickly.
