I bought this to facilitate me from carrying my home charger back and forth to work and I must say that I am pleased to know that it works great. The USB C port I have tested with a smartphone and it charges quickly but the qc3.0 which charger the fastest from my tests. The 2.4A ports I have used and those charger ports work like a regular standard charger however it seems like this is a safer output to my phone.
