Larger Size Arrived and Not Still Too Snug But Rise too Short

I have a back injury from falling down a flight of stairs over a decade ago and have decided to start yoga concentrating on relaxation exercises for my back. These yoga pants feel so soft & the styling is gorgeous! I  was truly hoping these would fit well but the rise is just too short. Naturally, they are going to be snug but with that short a rise, they create an unsightly bind that no one should see. Luckily for me, I never planned for anyone to see that area, anyway as I will wear longer tops with the yoga pants. Sadly, no one will see the beautiful design at the top but it is the only way I can wear yoga pants comfortably no matter how well they fit.
