Was confused by title

 the title says portable so I assumed and maybe I shouldn't have but I did... I assumed that it held a charge to power items, like a portable battery. It's no more portable than any other surge protector and for that I can't give 5 stars. The description really needs to explain that it's basically a regular surge protector, not some special portable surge protector. It seems to work fine but haven't had any surges in power while I was using it to know whether it's going to protect my devices plugged into it. The title and description were very misleading. And maybe I shouldn't have assumed but the wording is why I assumed.
