I can't sleep at night when there is any light (tv, nightlight, street light, etc). This sleep mask is super comfortable because of the soft material. During the night, the mask stays in place without leaving any marks on your face, nose, or back of the head. It blocks out 100% of light which allows me to get quality sleep that leaves me feeling energized in the morning. The ear plugs and travel bag will come in handy on road trips.
