This is a nice one! I have one that is a little more powerful, but this one works great on getting into the deep tissues and helping get the latic ascid free to relax those sore aching muscles. I use it on my hip at night to relase the tention that has built up all day and wont let me sleep. It's smaller than my other one, so it travels better too.
