They dissolve quickly

These apple cider vinegar gummies came in a timely manner. I've been taking him a few days one a day. They do dissolve quickly. They have a great taste with no aftertaste. I hope they meet all my needs.

Update on August 12, 2021 from July 23,2021.

I've been taking them one a day in the early morning just before breakfast .I must say, I've noticed a different in the release of gas I have. They seem to work in that area . Also the bloating I've seen this a great deal reduced. I must say, I did have a rash on my upper leg both. They're around circular like dry spots I kept taking the vitamins and they did go away.
