Viola! I purchased it to make Korean sliced carrots and it does an amazing job. It cut a carrot into strings in less than a minute. It matches all of my appliances in the kitchen too. It has 5 different grates which are all sharp and slice carrots very easily. The peeler is my new favorite tool now, peels the skin off in no time. Very happy with the purchase!
