I really like using this because having my hand over the entire blade instead of on a handle seems to give me a bit more control and pressure when I'm trying to cut. I even use this to dice some things really quick because it's so easy to use and it's quicker than a knife. It looks exactly like the picture and is nice and sharp, really glad I bought it and I would recommend!
