Not sure I used it right...

I have always had a thing with keeping my ears clean and not letting earwax build up. I can't stand having earwax in my ears and honestly they begin to start itching if I don't keep them cleaned out. I go through a lot of Q-tips, which I have always been told is bad because they can cause harm to your ears if you leave behind any cotton or go too deep. My  mom bought my dad an earwax cleaning kit to help him keep his ears cleaned out so I have been keeping my eyes open for one for myself to try out and finally saw this one offered for review.   In the package you get the earwax cleaning wand with a spiral tip already on it, plus 15 replacement tips. Each replacement tip is a strong foam-like piece that is shaped in a spiral on the end of a plastic mounting piece that snaps in to the end of the wand. They all come in a hard carrying case that snaps shut to keep it from getting dirty. Each of the replacement tips is place tip down in the case to keep them sterile and protected.   The kit doesn't require any batteries or power. It is all manually operated and easy to put together. The ends just snap on and off. The tips are bendy, but strong enough to stay shaped as you put pressure on them.   I tried cleaning my ears with them, following up with a q-tip after to see if it left anything behind. I honestly don't know what to think. I am not sure how well it cleaned my ears. I saw nothing on the spiral cleaner, and I didn't feel like it was really doing anything as I twisted it in my ear. But I also didn't see anything on the q-tip after using it either, so am clueless as to how well it worked. I have tried it a few times now and don't really seem to be having any luck noticing anything.   I can't say whether I would use this again or not. I haven't decided. I don't like to give negative reviews, and definitely won't recommend this to others at this time. But I am not sure I am ready to give up on it yet.
