I never received the #cindere vacuum. I contacted seller. Seller sent me a tracking number saying it had been delivered. The deliverys was not my address. It wasn't even my state. I advised the seller of this with no reply received. Amazon gave me my money back and to this day I have yet to receive it. #rankboosterreview
