I've Purchase a few of these. And out of all of the ones that I've purchased these seem to have a perfect length for doing certain exercises. The resistance is really good on all of the bands. The bands are very well-made the side as well mate easy to use. The bands come in their own carry-on bag so you can just once you're done with them pack them up put them back in the bag when you're all done. I would recommend them.
