Herb scissors

have wanted a pair of scissors like this for probably 5 years now. Kinda ridiculous I haven't purchased them in the past. 
I use a lot of herbs in my cooking, especially green onion, basil, and mint. I love this scissors for making clean, identically sized cuts. 
The protective case on the scissors is used also to remove bits of food that gets stuck between blades. This isn't a necessity in the kitchen, but it is a nice gadet, especially when cooking Vietnamese food that requires mint, basil, cilantro, and green onion.
