~ Why ~
I have a small kit like this in my office that I use surprisingly often so I think this would make a great gift for the do-it-yourself person. I like that there is a varied amount of items with quantities of those regularly used or needed. I appreciate there are icons of each design bits printed on the case for quick access. The 7.1 by 4.2 by 2.3-inch clear cover case is small, able to hold everything well.

~ Why Not ~
Since no instructions are included regarding the uses of each item, some may be unsure how to do repairs. Others may find it too tedious to repair small items, especially if their vision is not good or they do not have a steady hand. Some may not like the color blue, but the kit is also available in white, red, or orange.

~ Wish ~
I wish there were instructions plus an online tutorial link to help the do-it-yourselfer learn to fix things. The box does not open and lay flat as the online photographs show. The true color of the blue is a royal blue, not the brighter sky blue pictured here.

~ Want ~
If you are looking for a comprehensive kit to repair small gadgets, this is a wonderful option and would be an appreciated gift for someone who likes to fix things.
