I am using it as we speak. I haven't tested it in a fire, so I hope it really works IF that were ever to happen in my house.
But be that as it may, you can never be too careful. Our safe is only rated for up to 500 degrees, so any really important and irreplaceable documents that are in the safe I have now put in this bag and put the bag in the safe. According to the bag's description, it should easily survive any fire, even one that may melt my safe!
