Complete kit, everything you need.

I'm a bit of a germaphobe and this is important to make sure you aren't harboring and prolificating germs that you will then be drinking. The process of making sure it's dry is very necessary so I like having the hanger as well as the brushes. 

This kit's a good value with everything you need. I use a little bleach (well diluted) as well and let it sit for a few minutes to disinfect, then use the brushes to get the corners and through the hose. Works nicely. This is a complete kit for washing out your hydration bladder and making sure it dries before putting it away.
