This piano was defective and it was very dificult to get a reimburstment from provider, they wanted me to pay for the piano at diacounted price and keep it because it was very expensive for them to send me a return label but the piano did NOT worked! I asked for a refund and return label.
i do not recommend this company, poor quality service
