I highly recomend this light for any video recording needs. The super bright LED's are amazing and use little battery power. Two brightness settings allow for lighting needs. Although the low setting is still quite bright. I'm very pleased with this item. Another point is it can be used as a flashlight in emergency situations if needed. It can illuminate an entire room of significant size.
